MCS Building Contractors have been in business since 1985. We are located in the village of Pitlessie a few miles outside of Cupar in Fife. Over the last twenty three years we have completed many contracts primarily in the Fife area but some further afield.

We cover both timber frame and traditional builds - the former built by tradesmen on site. Examples of some of our works can be seen in the images on our website.

We pride ourselves in providing a first class service, working closely with our clients, listening to their requirements and suggesting improvements where appropriate. MCS are members of the Federation of Master Builders offering further reassurance that all our works are carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with current building regulations.

We cover all aspects of building, from planning through to completion, if required but also work from plans clients have already had prepared. We are accustomed to dealing with other professionals involved in the building process i.e. engineers, architects, planning officers, building control officers thereby taking the pressure off the client.
